4102-RENDER-DECODE Watching 4 on Demand on EE TV

Whenever the ads finish on a Channel 4 program I start watching on channel 4 on Demand I get the error 4102-RENDER-DECODE.

This has happened across multiple boxes now, I've been through several reboots of it and the router for other things and this error persists.

@Northerner everything else on the EE TV works fine, including the ads before the show on 4od.

Google recommended rebooting etc and I have done all that.

Hi @Leanne_T

II have restarted the box and the router several times, it is connected to the Internet fine and works with other apps no problem. My network speed is comfortably within 3 figures download and 30-40 up. As part of troubleshooting for a different issue I have replaced the box itself and the cables, and this issue persists across both boxes.
