2nd EE tv box keeps disconnecting

I have 1 HUB, 1 main tv box in living room, 1 mini box in bedroom, for the last 6 weeks, mini box keeps disconnecting,  with error message YVM102, it can happen a couple of times in a few hours.  We are in a bungalow so the hub isn't that far away.  Testing broadband it says no issues in the area.
