Watch live tv on app

Ho, just joined EE tv from virgin. When with virgin I was able to watch all my tv on their app on phone. So terrestrial tv plus virgin package. When I signed up for EE I was told their app would let me do the same, bit it doesn't!!! How can this be sorted or can't it? Cheers

It can't I'm afraid - we don't have permission to broadcast Freeview channels in our app.  In the EE TV app you can watch a small selection of channels (TNT Sports and the Asian channels).  In the NOW app, you can watch the channels included with your NOW subscription.

For other Freeview channels, you need to use their players - e.g. BBC iPlayer, ITVX, etc.
