was there a glitch when upgrading

i went on my EE app and it said i was eligible for a upgrade but an hour later when i went back on the app to purchase the plan i had chosen, it disappeared and said that im not eligible for an upgrade yet when it literally had said this morning i was. 

i just wanted to ask, was it a possible glitch in the system and will i get it back but i had a found a really good deal that i was pleased with but then it disappeared and wasnt letting me upgrade. im fuming

If it’s a glitch it’s doubtful it will come back, if it does EE won’t honour the glitch anyway - unfortunately I have very first hand experience of this from when I upgraded my Apple Watch on 15th September.

Im fuming too! The customer service I have received in essence leads me to believe that EE act as if they are right even when they are wrong.
