I'm very upset right now. Because the package I chose was a 24 month contract, but I'm not in the UK now, what should I do now? I'd like to cancel this expensive package. One of you can help me.

@huijun  To terminate the contract you need to call EE customer services to give 30 days notice of termination.   You’ll have to pay off the remaining term of the contract and you’ll get a 4% reduction on the remaining term cost.

Was this an upgrade or new connection? When did you take out this new plan, and how did you do so? Was it online or by telesales?
