Hello EE,
I haven’t been receiving notifications when I finish my worldwide minutes or international call allowance, which has resulted in consistent extra charges. Two years ago, I used to receive notifications before reaching my 100-minute worldwide calls allowance, but now I don’t. Additionally, I am unable to check my remaining minutes on the app. This issue has been costing me an extra £70 every month. Please advise on how this can be resolved, and I kindly request a discount to compensate for these unexpected charges. Thank you.
