Switching from Business to personal account

Hi , I've been disabled since 2013 but EE still have me on a business account, every time I speak to customer service I tell them this but nothing gets done about it, I've been going round in circles for over ten years, can someone please help me with this issue, Tia,

There's no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, but a conversion to/from business <--> personal account should be something can be done in one call to CS, with the process usually complete before you even terminate the call.

What's been happening in your case?
