Roaming Abroad pass in South Africa

I have read on here and other places that you can’t use the roaming abroad pass in South Africa. However on the app it says you can. See photo.
Please could someone clarify as it’s very confusing. Is the info on the app wrong? That’s a very big error on EE’s part if so.

No, no error on part of EE.
What you read on here mostly applies to consumer contracts, where the Roam Abroad Pass only applies to 5 of those countries of which S.A. is not 1.
What you see on your app relates to your business contract.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
