EE website/app

I am trying to check my plan and recent bill. Neither the MyEE app nor the EE website allow me to do either. There is no option to see my plans in my profile or anywhere else. Clicking on Bills & Payments takes me to a blank page with the standard footers but no information at all. Is this normal?

On the EE app it's under manage - mobile and Sims.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I contacted EE customer services about being unable to check my bill last week and was told they were migrating thousands of accounts so the website wasn't functioning properly. It should be Ok today based on his estimate, but it isn't as i still couldn't see my bill. I assume this is why they are posting customer service is experiencing high volumes of calls!
