Do iPhone 16 Pro Max phones have a warranty?

 I bought an Apple 16 Pro Max phone and in the past six months the LCD has gone completely black several times, like it's turned off, but the phone is on, but the screen just goes off for a few hours and then comes back on. I wanted to see what I can do about this problem. Thanks.

I'd recommend speaking to our technical team who can run through some trouble shooting. If it's a fault, they can discuss your options on getting it fixed.

Are you a limited company business customer, or consumer one? I ask because you've posted in the "small business" section of the forum.
