Can't download my Business invoices

Hi,

I can't download our Business invoices. I have been trying to do this since 15/10/23! I have been on the chat, waste of time, telephoned and told it would be reported. This is a business account and I need the invoice to reconcile the direct Debit payment. EE get it sorted!!

not a very helpful response for the customer. I have had  the same issue and have spoken to someone on the phone however the response is (try to reload in a couple of hours) it is now 7:30 pm still unable to access invoices and payments which suggests the staff have no clue and your engineers and coders are earning a lot of money doing nothing as well as your staggering profits

just to let you know this still isn't working ive got 6 months worth of business invoices i need to access and i cannot do this.

When will this be rectified?

Absolutely terrible website and terrible service! I have been trying to download our invoices for the past few months; spent hours on hold - no use whatseover; tried to whatsapp - doesn't work.

You take the money by direct debit yet we can't view what it's for! How are we meant to get our invoices?

We're getting exactly the same. Haven't been able to log on and download VAT invoices for months. We have to call up every month to request them but they won't do this automatically. You have to call each month.

Simple question. When will this be fixed?
