Can’t download invoice + being over charged

I can no longer download my invoices for my business

also, I have been over charged for the last 4 months (only realising tonight) checked if I’ve went over with any data, which I have not. Can not get through to speak to anyone over phone

@Lcrsolutionsne  You can not go over your data allowance.   You did receive a yearly price increase as per the T&Cs of the contract and this was 4 months ago.  That increase was 1.4.4%.

i have had the same, cannot get my invoices have been on a chat for 30 minutes and they say the website is getting an upgrade and try again in 48 hrs.
