If you haven't done so already, please forward the message onto 7726 so it can be investigated.

The number 7726 doesn't seem to work below is the scam message send
EE:We were unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your billing information via: https://ee-update.ref0175.com/?ee=2

I've tried to forward the txt to 7726 which fails to send, and I've now tried copying the text and pasting into a new message and sending to 7726 and it fails as well.

Hi @Lbrown122 Yes, that's a spam text, hopefully you've not gone to the link? You can forward it to 7726 if you wanted to report it to EE.
