Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on contract you can do this yourself by logging in via the EE App or via the website and change it in settings by clicking on Parental Control.

If on pay as you go, you will need to either ring customer service with a credit card to pay and the amount will then be refunded or go into an EE high street store with an ID to get this lifted.

@Inderjeetgill : Are you on contract or PAYG?

• On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
• On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
