If you are encountering issues accessing a body piercing site due to EE parental controls despite having the settings set to 18+, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Verify Parental Control Settings:
- Log in to your EE account online or through the My EE app.
- Ensure that the content lock is set to "Off" or "18+".

2. Refresh the Network Connection:
- Turn off your mobile data connection and then turn it back on.
- Alternatively, restart your device to refresh the network settings.

3. Clear Browser Cache:
- Sometimes the browser cache can cause issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try accessing the site again.

4. Use a Different Browser or Device:
- Try accessing the site using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

5. Contact EE Customer Support:
- If the above steps do not work, contact EE customer support for further assistance. You can reach them at 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.
- Explain the issue and request their help in resolving the access problem.

6. Try Using a VPN:
- As a temporary workaround, you can use a VPN service to access the site. This can bypass the parental controls set by the network.

If the issue persists, it's possible that the site itself has been incorrectly categorized. In such a case, EE customer support can reclassify the site appropriately.

Best Regards,
Raj
