Try texting UNBAR to 150.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

You'd need to send UNBAR as a text message from your mobile phone to the number 150.

Do you have more than one number on your account? As the text will only work on an account with one number. If you have more than one number, in order to remove a bar the account holder will need to call us on 150.

If you have been unable to remove the bar by text you will need to give us a call on 150 if you are the account holder, and one of our guides will be able to remove the bar for you.
