Hi @kmh15995
You shouldn't be facing any issues when using this service.
It looks like you sent a screenshot rather than forwarding the message. Can you try to forward the original message instead?
Let me know how it goes!

This is what I was sent
Parking Penalty Charge Notice:
Please Pay a parking penalty charge notice (PCN) issued by a local council.
If you do not pay a PCN within 28 days, you’ll get a ‘charge certificate’ and you’ll have 14 days to pay the original fine plus 50% more.
If you do not pay you’ll be prosecuted - you may have to pay a bigger fine as well as court costs.
Please pay your fine at the link after reading the information.

Thank you again for your cooperation.
Thank you for your response. Sadly it won't let me forward the message. I'm using Google RCS messaging on my new Samsung A15. In any case, I didn't realise the 'qrco.de' is from Germany. Long and short, it's scam but I reported it as spam. Using the 7726 number doesn't work either.

@kmh15995
Just to clarify- when forwarding any potential SPAM messages to 7726, you simply click the Spam message you have received, then click "forward" and send it to 7726. Don't send a screenshot of the spam message to 7726.
There is no need to add any further information or details to the message, as that is a spam reporting service.
You can find out more at our Avoid and Prevent Spam page.

The problem is, when I tap and hold on message, there is no option to 'report spam/scam' only to block. However, when I open it, tap on the elipses, three dots, there is an option to 'report spam'. I've done that now. I'm not sure there is anything else I can do.

Hi @kmh15995
Another way to send a some info to our phishing team, is to take a screenshot of the message that you received, then pop in in an email to phishing@ee.co.uk.

Hi @Nico337,
Welcome to the Community!
Thanks for letting us know about this. Would you be able to forward this message to 7726 so our team can investigate further?
