Zero signal MK17 Milton Keynes

Can an account be deleted if it is no longer used, as the Sims that were on it no longer exists, and I set up a new account with new Sims. So one account just sits there doing nothing

Orange light constantly on mini box

We have broadband and modem is upstairs.  In living room we have small square white booster i assume . Over the last 5 or 6 days the light constantly stays orange.  Whereas it should be a blue colour.  What can I do to sort this ?
