How it is possible after over 6 weeks of dealing with members of the staff from EE the can't do nothing to lift the age restriction for a person of 42 years old due to the fact that I don't have a credit card, this is really low standard services and probably incompetence from the staff. Could anyone give more details because to waste one hour talking to the EE staff it is unacceptable.

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
If on PAYG, you can also confirm your age by taking photo-ID such as a passport or drivers licence, into an EE store.
EE are complying with regulatory obligations here.
