Scam text

Hi I got a text message with this phone number. **removed**

Saying 

EE: We have not been able to take payment, your account will be suspended, If you fail to update your billing information at: https://ee.securbilling.help/

Is this a scam as  payment not due for another week and they have my details.

That way it can be investigated by a security team.
