I purchased scam guard yesterday, and have the link. I have tried switching off WiFi and trying with it switched on, but all I get is a message saying there is a technical fault, so am unable to set it up, any ideas @Any ?

What browser were you using when you tried to access the link?
Have you been able to try clearing the cookies and cache to see if that helps?
