Scam Guard removed by EE

got message this morning that EE have removed scam guard from my mobile account, I've not requested the removal and with the number of scammers around I want to be able to see if it is a suspected scammer calling me

Anyone why EE is removing the service from our accounts

@walkerx , not sure why scam guard has been removed from your account, I would suggest speaking to customer service about this, as mine has not been removed, so no idea why yours has, not heard anything about it, thus far.

yeh it odd as i choose it through the addons on the ee app as want if just for calls (i know it doesn't work for sms)

not sure if it's because i've got the apple full works package

i'll try contacting them later when got some spare time
