Send MOBILE BILLING TECH AND SALES BECAUSE IF I RING UP MORE THAN FIVE TIMES I GET TRANSFERRED TO A TEAM LEADER AND IT IS NOT NECESSARY. IT IS MAKING ME POORLY. KEEP ON BEING UNNECESSARILY TRANSFERRED WHEN I DO NOT NEED TO BE.

Good morning @c9.

When a customer calls multiple times in quick succession, they will sometimes be passed to a team leader so we can ensure sufficient ownership of the query has been taken.

If you need to call  up again in the future and are connected to a team leader, I would recommend mentioning any of your concerns with them, and they'll be able to discuss on what the best next steps will be to move forwards.

@c9  Please do not write all in capitals, that is seen as shouting and not appropriate.

This is a public forum with no account access, we do not know who you are. Just do not ring up so many times then, simple and why do you keep ringing customer service up so many times? We have no control over this, you would have to discuss this with them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
