I’m not an EE member but I have bought the EE 5g router so how can I turn off the moderate lock settings?

Hello @MoniqueMckenzie. 

You can remove content lock within your My EE account. 

Are you seeing an error message when trying to do this?

Could I please confirm if you are pay as you go or pay monthly?
