Evening hero's 🤔
I signed up for EE Cyber Security.
All was working fine, then today it wasn't!
Basically on android phone i have the EECS app, where from top to bottom I have the scan option, dark web option and then then the WIFI security showing my network name.
I reference to the dark web monitoring option, where I had added email addresses, phone numbers and addresses to be monitored.
Went on app today, the dark web option was prompting me to sign in, as the latter added addresses had disappeared.
On doing so, I had a message saying no subscription found.
Checking the same account on my laptop, it shows I have 8/15 devices covered by the EECS.
When I sign to check the devices, I am told no subscription found.
PLEASE REFER TO IMAGES.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what to do next, bearing in mind I have already spoken to EE.
Rgds
Phil

Morning @Leanne_T
Thanks for your reply.
Ive made no changes to my account.
Found out that EE had done an 'upgrade' and when chatting to EE, they asked if my name was Margaret, as mob numbers were similar.
Ive been called many things, but Im no Margaret 🤣
Anyway EECS now up and running finally.
Cheers
Phil

Have you recently made any account changes, such as changing plans?
