Uninstall cybersecurity on myipd

How do I uninstall and reinstall cybersecurity from my iPad? I’m not sure I installed it correctly in the first place.

Thanks for visiting the EE Community

If you have set it up you should have the EE Cyber Security app installed on your iPad and if you want to uninstall it you just do the same as uninstalling any other app on your iPad.

To reinstall it you would just login to your EE account on your iPad and go to the add-ons section and select EE Cyber Security and Manage, then it will take you to the app store to reinstall the app. Once installed open the app and follow the steps to complete setup. Norton have a guide available for setup.
