I had cyber security a few weeks ago when I got my phone, but I am unable to access it since I changed my faulty handset.

I am unable to get it to work on this S24 ultra and have called and messaged several times. 

On the last occasion, I went through 3 ee staff before being transferred to Norton. After waiting nearly an hour for an answer, I was told it's an EE problem.

Can you help without me wasting another day of my life waiting on hold please?

What feature of the Cyber security is it you are trying to get setup that you are unable to and what is happening when you try?
