You need a credit card to do this via 150 or you can visit an EE store with a photographic ID (ie drivers licence or passport) to verify that you're over 18.
@Swansea1990 then you can call customer support and request content lock to be removed and you will need to use a credit card to pay a refundable token or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.
