Random Calls from companies I’ve never heard of

Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been getting calls from genuine companies (Cafes,restaurants,garages etc) that I have never been in contact with/been to. They are from all over the UK and they don’t seem to be scam calls. I don’t know how they are getting my number but I get 2-3 calls a day.

could somewhere be sharing my number or could it have been duplicated or something?

Hi all, 

this has been happening to me as well. In fact I’ve just blocked another one today and they were a restaurant in near London. I’ve had calls from many takeaway places from all over the UK. Why on earth is this happening and is it just a coincidence that we are all with EE?

Same here. Had a couple last week and then one a day since Saturday 30th Sept. I answered one today and there was no one responding.

Same, restaurants, kebab houses, hairdressers all over the country, literally just had one now, never seen phone numbers come up with business name before until these calls started, not answered any

exactly what im getting too!!

A hotel in london and also several from shops all in london yet i called the hotel reception and,they said they were not aware i had been,contacted even though it was literally as soon as they called !!

It is very annoying and happening alot!!
