Hi @354- Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know about this, it's awful when you get scam messages.
I'd like our phishing team to look into this, so if you don't mind, can you click this link and fill out the form please: Scam messages
You can also email our phishing team with the details, you can email them at phishing@ee.co.uk

@Chris_S - If I email this in, what info fields might be needed?
Source number - as per screengrab
Destination number ( do the EE phishing team need the EE number that the phishing RCS message was sent to?)
Time, Date, Type - as per screengrab.
Will include the screengrab as an attachment.
Not sure if I have missed anything else?

Easier just to block and report spam from the messages app.

@354-
If you prefer you can simply forward the text (RCS) message to 7726 (it spells SPAM), free of charge, so we can investigate.
You'll be sent a follow-up message asking for the number which the RCS message originated from.
That's all that is required.
Hope this helps!

@Ali_A - It's great that there are lots of options to help report spam!
