Hi I keep getting calls from 0141 number01420 number 0161 number 02080400292271 ?offering me an early upgrade, after choosing what phone for a security check They want my name & d.o.b.&last bill amount and payment date & Keep insisting I won’t have to give them any bank details as it’s EE, it seems too good to be true he offered me an iPhone 14 plus at first for £40 unlimited everything and pay my £400+early upgrade fee  I said I would hold out till my contracts up as it’s not the phone I want .now they have called back up offering a 14promax for the same price just less data and storage .I keep delaying giving up my information saying I’m at work or I more time to decide what colour I want.

I have rung EE and the man on the phone said it may be a partner(numbered not listed on EE site) or other seller offering high discounts that comes out of there commission when they sell contracts on

I’m confuse what to do .

i received a call from ee’s security team due to unauthorised changes made
to my account and found out i was a victim of fraud. so be careful !! if in
doubt call 150 as that is 100% EEs number.

Hi there @Citruspro

Thanks for coming here.

I would suggest calling us on 150 and going through your upgrade options available to you to make sure this an upgrade on your existing account.

You can view numbers our selected partners will call you from to talk to you about additional products and services, in our What numbers will EE partners call from? Help page.

If you get a call and from a number not listed, please text CALL followed by the number to 7726 and our security team will get this looked into.

Leanne.

You can politely tell the caller you are not interested, and then if they persist calling - block their number.
