I’ve just received a call from plan.com to say that they are business partners and can help half the costs that I am paying: it seemed initially like they were from EE but the documentation was from plan.com. When I questioned it they said they’d call back once I have read up what I need to. Does anyone know if this is a scam?

Does anyone know what happens if you don't pay and get a new number?

Apparently if it's a business contract there is 'no cooling off' period. Is this true? Thanks

Plan.com are a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), who are partnered with BT Wholesale. They have their own customer base that use the EE mobile network.
You would need to discuss this with them, or with the dealership that your Mother took the contract through.

Hi Chris. Do you work for EE? I had a call with customer services who were trying to put me through to the small business section

You can discuss with Prestige Telecom and Plan.com, but get absolutely nowhere

Yes, I'm an EE employee. If the contract is with Plan.com, the account will not show on our systems. Was your Mother previously an EE customer, before this?

Thanks for coming back to us @ArtemisiaRose
I would advise contacting plan.com again to open a complaint and get this fully investigated.
