@jonbridges2 Factory reset your device and anything that’s been installed the the device will be removed. Set the device up a new and job done. Then don’t go to dodge website and don’t install apps from outside the play store. Don’t allow anyone to have access to you device and treat every message/email claiming to be some company or person to be a scam. If you make contact with that company or person then you know you are going the correct route. Only use phone numbers/email addresses that you know to be correct.
If your device is compromised then you allowed this to happen and that could simply be you unintentionally allowed this to happen. Everything thing needs an interaction from you to be install.
Unless you’re a high profile figure and having your phone hacked could be beneficial to a foreign power.

Hi @jonbridges2
To add to @Chris_B comments set up a separate email account and activate 2 stage authentication with an authentication app (not text) and use that account on your mobile and EE account.
Thanks
