Welcome to the EE Community

Are you on Pay as you go or a monthly contract? If you are on a contract you can remove the content lock via the website My EE - Remove Content Lock or via the EE app going to Profile>Settings> Parental controls.

If you are on Pay as you go proof of age will be required. You can do this via 150 or online by using a credit card which will have a £2 charge placed against it and refunded to confirm its valid. Or you can take photo ID into an EE store to have it removed.
