I have Passkeys set up on mySamsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Trying to secure my account in the EE app.
I go through the steps and then get this below. :
"Your device doesn't support passkeys
We couldn't create a passkey on your device.
For more information on supported devices, visit EE
Help"

Odd as I have this set up on my S24 Ultra.
Are you using the default firmware. Have you checked your app is up-to-date.

Thanks for your reply confirming this should work.
I have the latest Samsung firmware and Android version. I have even uninstalled the EE app then reinstalled but still the same problem.
I have a Passkey working on my Samsung already for another app.
Any suggestions most welcome, EE?

Which is the default browser you use on your phone? I had the same message on my S24+ when I set mine up, my default browser was Duckduckgo, but I switched it back to Samsung Internet for the passkey setup and was able to without getting the error message.
 
So worth trying an alternative browser to complete setup with to see if that is the issue.
