I got a call saying EE could do a better deal on my plans in june but wnen agreed my business number got taken off,both mine and my partners phone got stopped.The EE branch near me got our numbers back eventually and phones got put back on but i lost alot of work as had no phone as everyone was ringig my business number.All sorted now but got £51.35 taken out of my bank by plan.com and they want this every month.Ive cancelled and now they said Failure to reinstate your instruction will lead to your account being debited  with a non-refundable ,recurring monthly administration charge of £7.50+vat

Plan.com are a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). They have their own customer base that use the EE mobile network. I recommend speaking with them directly, so that they can look into what is happening and help you find a solution.
