I joined ee home broadband over 2 months ago & was told I would receive a email to activate Norton security. I still haven’t heard anything from ee even though they said it will be sent again

Yes checked it & also have them in contacts so shouldn’t go into spam/junk

You can it from Norton Premium Antivirus Software or via your MyEE for BB.
