Norton ID Theft Protection

I have recently installed Norton Cyber Security on my iPhone, iPad and Mac.  All appears to be well except when I log on to the Mac and start up Norton there is an alert advising me that ID Theft Protection has not been activated.  I click on the "Activate" button and the Dashboard appears showing protection is active.

The next time I log-on I am confronted with exactly the same message with exactly the same result.  I understand madness is repeating the same action and expecting a different outcome each time.  I'm getting worried!

Any suggestions please?  (My sanity may be at stake!)
