Has anyone used Norton Identity theft which comes with EE cybersecurity ? My account has disappeared and I’m very concerned. Neither Norton or EE don’t have a clue. Just keep passing me between the two. I’m worried as lots of info like bank details, passport number, etc in there and appears to be gone. I had a message saying your social media has disconnected and I need to reconnect. I went into the app and couldn’t sign in.

Thanks for your comments. I went back to EE and they deleted EE Cybersecurity and reinstalled it and the problems seems to have been resolved. Thank goodness. I was a bit worried about where all my information had gone but all sorted now.

Hi @Cugs141,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community
Is it just the Identity theft and social media monitoring that seemed to have stopped working on your subscription or everything Cyber Security?
Have you been able to try setting it back up via both the website and app to see if there is any difference? Using EE Cyber Security Features Powered by Norton
If nothing is working to get them set back up and both our guides and Norton have been unable to help get your subscription recognised on the Norton platform, it may be worth removing the add-on entirely and then re-adding. Then you should be able to go through first time setup again and hopefully have the subscription recognised.

I use EE Cybersecurity & Norton IdentifyTheft and I have never seen that error message. I wouldn't have a clue what LifeLock is. Sounds like a Norton internal problem, does the error code not help?
