SafeCam says: "No webcam found" when there is a webcam is connected and works fine.

Do you have home or mobile broadband? Which router do you have?
Also, what device are you using to access SafeCam?

Hello Leanne,
I am using home broadband, using a EE router (which replaced a BT Home Hub earlier this year).
The webcam is attached to a Dell desktop PC, and I am running EE Cyber Security on that PC.
This is the message I get:

Have you tried restarting the router and disconnecting and reconnecting the webcam?
If so and you still get this message, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides and they can get this looked into in more detail for you.
