HI scammers using this email when calling pretending they from EE and offering discount on your current contract

confirmation@eerecovery.com so always check the domain and call EE on 150 to verify email in case you cannot verify the domain

If I had not verified the email I would not understand that it is from scammers so always check the sender and never share your pin if it says in EE sms:

Hi from EE. Be alert to fraud - if you didn't ask for this, don't share it, please call us on 0330 123 1105. Your code is 2241. Thanks.

this means they fraudsters requested a change on your account

after  I have received this sms:

Hi from EE. As requested, we've deleted your EE ID. This won't affect any other accounts you might have, and you can still use your products and services as normal. If you didn't ask for this change, please call us on 0330 123 1105. Thanks.

so this was already causing alert why they have removed my email from my account

their excuse was that it is a new contract and it will be attached ( your email ) to the new contract with discount :

this is how email looks from SCAMMERS:

Dear MR: name surname
