Have had this email at least 3 times over the last few weeks with changed deadline dates. I think it is a scam, what do you think?

We emailed you last month to inform you of changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These changes are important steps toward giving you greater transparency and control over how and when your data is used.

 

To continue accessing your Mailbox after April 10, 2026, you must confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service.

@MichaelNorman1 : Yes!

It's obviously a scam! The link in it is not even to EE (domain ee.co.uk). Also the sender's email is a personal email, not a BT/EE staff.

There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to access your a/c.

If you entered any personal details you may have to a) check with your bank, b) change your bank card and/or c) change your EE a/c password.

Report spam emails to EE by forwarding the email to phishing@EE.co.uk .
