@KarmenSienna2 you can have content lock removed by can call customer services and with a credit card pay refundable token or you can go to a store with a photo ID and request to have content lock removed there.

What if you already had it but when you have renewed your contract you lose it…???

If you upgrade, the content lock status should stay the same as it was before the upgrade.
