@Cenek1977 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Hi @Cenek1977 We have various ways that you can remove or change your content lock.

There's a very handy site which explains all of the options, as well as the processes which you can find via this link here: Content lock

Hey @Mancbhoy, welcome to the EE Community!

If you're looking to remove your content lock, definitely check out the help page that @Chris_S recommended above.

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned too, if you're on pay as you go the best way to sort this is by giving us a call, or also visiting us in-store with a valid passport or UK Driving Licence.

You can find details of your nearest branch on our store finder 😊
