I have just received an EE text about 'my' request to Remove the Content Lock. I am withholding the quoted number.
I do not recognise the number. It is not among my small collection of iPhones.
So, what is going on?
I have been unable to speak to anyone on the 150 Help Desk.
Any advice is welcome.

@SueHo Open the EE app and click the person icon top right then click Settings and Permissions. Now make sure your watch is what’s displayed at the top and click change settings. Select the one you want and then click confirm at the bottom. Turn on airplane mode on the device and then switch it back off.

Hi @Gelphyn1
Thanks for coming to the community.
I can understand your concern about getting a text like this when you weren't expecting it.
Can you post a screenshot of the text (blocking out any personal details - if there are any) so I can have a look at it?

Hi @Michael_D
Thanks for your response.
I have found that the Content Lock has been applied to my watch. It seems odd that this differs from my phone.
In any event, I have no interest in the type of websites that anyone would need protection from.
The screen size needs to be at the larger end of the scale to meet the requirements of my eyes. Watch faces, phone screens, and even laptop displays [without connection to a big display] are too small for me.
EE's Content Lock protection would only be helpful if my devices were subject to use by anyone else.
Best wishes, G

Me too. How do I turn it on again. 150 and 1818 are no help.
