I received a call from 01942 901395 a day after I bought a sim from EE. My marketing preferences were just emails. They had my personal details, I tought this was my EE sim order, however they were trying to sell another sim package. And it was easy to misunderstood about current order. A text came from EE and I join in a screen session, (I trusted, because the text direcly come from EE). Then I realised, this is a different product, however I am afraid I approved the basket. Shame on you EE for sharing my details with scammers and violating marketing regulations.

Hello @ancd75.
Thanks for coming back here.
I'd recommend speaking with our customer care team who can view each SIM on their system.
They will be able to advise by the SIM serial number which SIM is which.
Please give us a call when you have a moment.

Thank you Katie for reply.
I called your cusyomer service, after waiting 30 mins I could speak with the agent. They can reach the detail of first SIM, because they could pass security steps (last 4 digits of direct debit etc.). But they could not cancel the other SIM , theh could not pass security steps, because there were no set up direct debit or any pahment method for it (possibly extra one which your scam thir larty sent to me). They recommended me to go to EE store to cancel it. But I am not sure it will work or not. I had terrible time with EE in first 5 days. Really unacceptable. No solution. No ethical values. Totally headache. I have never had such kind of experince in my life. Now, your another agent can put a solution a solution tag and add a new link this article.!!!!!!
