On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Hi @Brumagem
If you can visit an EE Store with photo ID and the card that you have, they will certainly see what they can do to help you get the content lock removed.

@Brumagem : I do mind rudeness! As I said, even w/out a credit card you can visit an EE store with photo ID.

Utter crap customer service. Ee sell themselves as this magical service when they're as crap as all the others.

What's with the list of service providers? Should I append a list of phones? Or all the witless wonders I've encountered in phone shops? Does it mean something? Do you get free stuff for remembering it? Like a holster for your mobile?
