@Teefus : Which Norton? On which product/service? What is its connection with EE?
Have you tried the My Norton site & cancelled your subscription? Did you register there?

Thanks for your reply. Norton is part of my package from BT / EE broadband and "Norton" is not showing in my program list and I would like to remove it as it is very intrusive and reporting old items which don't exist anymore and haven't for quite some time, months / years. I thought it might have improved regards it's intrusion, but it appears not and I have no idea how it is feeding the reports.
Thanks Teefus

Thanks for explaining there, @Teefus.
What exactly are these notifications saying, and which operating system are you using?

Thanks Peter,
It's giving reports of a very old password on "the dark web", which I haven't used - the password that is, for probably more than a year.
It's also annoying that in 2 days on EE I have had to change my password 3 times! such a pain, and it's been a unique password each time.

Thanks @Teefus, are these notifications via email, or are they direct through your operating system?
Peter
