I am trying to book a home security package but just keep getting "oops something went wrong at our end", this continues to happen, anyone manged to use the website to book?

I am so sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having. I have tried the number and it does work but as you said I only can do it on EE network.

 

We have another option you can arrange an instore appointment. please find below the link to do this

@chrise0 This definitely isn't working for me either, so if you remain unhappy with the recommendations they've provided the best place to take this up would be with the advisor directly. 

Our aim will always be to help find a resolution that suits, but sometimes we have to try a range of different options to get things sorted out.

I appreciate your reply I do. But to be fair this isn’t just a dislike of options now. 

we’ve now done; 

1 . multiple cycles through 150

2. A complaint then exec complaints 

3. 2 web forms to sales which weren’t replied to

4. A telephone number which doesn’t work (and its still being suggested it does) 

5. before saying go to a store. 

at this point it’s not a dislike of options on my part. It’s a farcical failure for EE to address or even be concerned as to why multiple resolutions have failed. consider my level of confidence at this point that the store is going to be any kind of a different experience at all.

Have rang the EE store ahead of a visit and they have explained for home security requests they don’t order anything, they just fill in a web form and then that web form is responded to by the sales team. Unfortunately, this route has been tried twice through 150 and the web forms weren’t replied to by the sales team and so I am now very glad I have not made the journey as suggested.
