I have a problem I order a 16 pro max then a man call me and he say it’s mi agent and he say the phone come tomorrow like 7 days I didn’t know it’s a fraud then I trust him and he sand my a phone a Google pixel and he say to me put it back and you re 16 pro max will com I put the phone on this address ************ I talk to him on wapp because he say I talk to costumer on wapp the nr on wapp is 02031920875 I give 200 pounds and I m worried because the phone not come and my money it’s gone please help me

I recommend getting in touch with your bank urgently so that you can make them aware of this. They'll be able to report this as fraud, check the payments and advise you on what steps you can take going forward.

Our Customer Support team will also be able to check for any orders that may have been put through against your EE account.
